    MS are paying off retailers to clear stock. I guess the new SKU is just around the corner.

    It's MS refurb for sure. geeks.com is good for cheap refurbed parts. I had my friend's parents buy their PC from that site and the haven't had any problems with it.

    I have received a bad item once before from them, but they are easy to return it.
