I'm trying to find a cheap yet reliable website where I can buy capacitors, resistors, fuses, etc in small numbers (no bulk buys), preferable one with fast and cheap international shipping to Japan and Australia.

    Any ideas?

I use Farnell. They're not the cheapest but they have a large range and are very reliable. I always order in batches as its free delivery with orders over £20.

Couldn't find a single capacitor I was looking for.

I discovered that Mouser has a Japanese site with 3-4 day delivery (at 2000 yen, but what can you do...), and I found all of the caps I was looking for. Better yet: they're guaranteed to be real nichicons, unlike aliexpress where almost all of them are fakes.

Retroswim who lives in Australia buys from RS Components. He said shipping is even free  You may want to ask him bout it yo!

I can vouch for Mouser. If you buy enough the FedEx shipping is free as well, and they include any addditional VAT automatically. So no customs bullshit.

Last time I ordered I got my package two days later (America to Denmark). That's pretty awesome :)
