Cheap places near Tokyo for consoles?

Howdy

I am relatively new to the forums but have been reading a old thread which was talking about the difference in price between Tokyo and the rest of Japan. I wanted to find out if you guys had any suggestions for places that were within a reasonable distance i can try and source some cheaper hardware. I am mainly looking at Gameboy kit.
