    Similar to this. It's a CD that boots only from the "Use Enhancement CD" option of a Datel cheat code cartridge.
    Cheat Factory is a collection of UK game saves you can copy to your memory cards. Does not offer to update your Equalizer cartridge.
    This disc was bundled with the Equalizer cartridge and also sold separately, according to that ad.
