That's cool. That cart shape makes me think it'd have been a good form factor for JPN Master System. Dunno why it came to my mind so quickly.
It's a far eastern pirate PC Engine in a different case (as the chips and board are basically the same....) although it has a made in the czech republic (chech indeed...) it should be more assembled in the czech republic
