I love the way she's made every aspect she could find frustrating. All it needs is a cable format that's not supported by most TVs, controllers that fall out at the worst possible moment, memory cards that randomly corrupt your data and a greasy finger print on the disc drive lens.

Well, no - it's a cardboard mockup.

 

Somehow I missed that even after reading the article three times.

Another idea to make it more frustrating: put knobs on it that don't say what they do have whose effect appears random.

 

Why when you can just play Eternal Darkness!

 

I doubt anything could be more frustrating than the time spent waiting for worthwhile games to be released on the Gamecube (there were like maybe 1 or 2 per year towards the end)

 

What's is this for?

 

Reminds me of Cafe 80's from Back to the Future part 2 for some reason.....

 

why not make the PSU to shut down and restart at random interval... ┐( ￣ー￣)┌

 

Thermal fuse for the PSU placed a bit too closely to a heatsink sounds like pure evil.

 

Even though it's a mock-up.. I would love to see a case-mod that's similar to this design, haha. I'd buy it, it looks neat.
