Interesting. I remember seeing a marriage proposal in Little Big Planet, he arranged random parts into the proposal or something.

 

Someone did a proposal via animal crossing in the past.

Either way this is pretty simple stuff to do (text hacking). All it looks like he did was hex in new dialog. I screwed around with this in the past trying to localise Breath of Fire 3 PSP (gave up when capcom anounced an english version for europe). I had the game cussing at me a few times for fun.

 

I d be happy with a million dollars wrapped in a ribbon saying "will you marry me?", i m a simple person.

Bah, I think someone could get you by just putting ribbon around a devkit.
