So Club Nintendo finally unveiled their last Gold and Platinum rewards, and of course, it's all downloadable games. For Platinum: Mario Kart 7 Animal Crossing New Leaf Mario Party Island Tour Mario Golf World Tour New Super Mario Bros 2 Yoshi's New Island Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze NES Remix 2 Punch-Out (the 2009 Wii version) Super Mario Galaxy 2 Pushmo World Ultimate NES Remix Gold: Crashmo Freakyforms Legend of Zelda Oracle of Ages or Seasons (not both) Pushmo Super Mario Bros 3 Super Mario Bros Deluxe Advance Wars Metroid Fusion The Mysterious Murasame Castle (I've literally never heard of this one) The Legend of Zelda Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga Super Mario Bros the Lost Levels (Japan's SMB2) Super Mario Kart Warioware Inc Yoshi's Island Super Mario Advance 3 I'm between Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze and NES Remix 2 (and using some of my remaining coins on the first).
It's interesting that the US has always gotten the worst Club Nintendo rewards. I remember when you could get a very beautiful Japanese Club Nintendo DS lite.
Luigi's Mansion statue is pretty nice (cost me 1500 coins, but was worth it). Old statue based on Mario that was Platinum reward one year was nice as well, as was the pin collection in the cool box. After that the Platinum rewards went downhill though. First the Majora's Mask soundtrack (which mine got lost in the mail... grrrrr) and then all the stupid free downloadable games (which, if someone made it to Platinum, wouldn't it follow that they probably bought all of those games?) Oh well, my last real Club Nintendo reward is that nice Legend of Zelda 3DS pouch. I have no idea what game I'm going to grab since I already have most of them.
The European version of club nintendo wasn't that great either^^ The only good thing I could get from it the soundtrack for Kirby Triple Deluxe.
Hey soundtracks are pretty cool. Feel like I'm the only one who like the MM soundtrack club nintendo gave out as a reward.
