US Cobra ODE 5.30A

Hi, does anyone around here has a spare Cobra ODE device? I recently just gotten a Phat PS3 CECH-K01 Model off from a friend and noticed the simplicity of it's installation method (being Solderless instead of soldering to the motherboard) so i can run Emulators and the sort.

P.S. By anychance could using a particular homebrew program like XMB Package Manager or Rebug menu installer or PS3 dumper to use the CEX 2 DEX conversion tool to convert my PS3 to Debug/DEX? (Even though it might be completely pointless since cobra can already do these things already but ro at least have *Install Package Files on my OFW menu)

 

You do know that an ODE is not a CFW right?

 

I have a COBRA ODE but I don't know if it is v5.30 and you cannot run most homebrew on it. It's just for mounting ISO files mostly.

 

I know that but it does has a "few" of it's features of a CFW for sure (Homebrew emulators and backup loading) but i was curious if there was one app that could dump a EID0 keys and appldr stuff, etc.. If there isn't one then it's okay as long as i can play RetroArch, run any PS1 games and maybe PS2 games then it's all goodie!

I saw a Cobra ODE 5.10b one at eBay but i wanted to know if getting a 5.30A would benefit much better compatibility for installing it on a Phat easier or not.

P.S can a 5.10b use DMC module or is it just for 5.30A only?
