56K/128k/Everyone BEWARE!! HUGE PICS warning BIG HIRES PICTURES I finally got around to take some updated pictures of my stuff. Nothing too impressive compared to what you guys have, Its about as much as one can get here in Portugal. 99% of this stuff was bought here, only a handfull was bought online from abroad, so almost everything here game-related is PAL versions. The following pics are from where I keep most of my games. Each of these shelves has a 2nd layer of games hidden behind. Below are some of my Transformers, one the top shelf mostly PAL DC games , my Fur Fighters white label promo, and a few JPN and US ones, along with PAL 32x games. Notice the NBA Jam TE, the only PAL 32x game with a plastic box AFAIK. Behind the DC stuff some Master System carts, portuguese versions of the brazillian TecToy games, some loose n64 carts, MegaCD demos, VMU box, DC Micro, Dreamkey's and my MegaCD collection. Below some of my Megadrive games, some JPN ones in there and some boots, see if you can spot them :-D Also on the right, 2 loose STV carts. Behind the MegaDrive stuff... MORE MegaDrive stuff! And again more loose arcade carts, this time from the Sega Mega Play. Below a close-up of my Saturn games, a misplaced SFC game, some Ngage games (dont laugh...) and my only PS2 game, Transformers of course! And I dont even own a PS2! :smt082 Below the misc. shelf. Xbox games, NGC, PSX, Saturn JPN, AmigaCD32, N64, PC, DVD's... Bottom shelf some loose NeoGeo MVS carts, some complete MVS kits, some AES carts, a Garou 'shockbox' and two piles of pirate famicom carts. Also hidden behind the dance mat is a HyperNeoGeo64 cart. Behind these some NES games, Jaguar, more PC games and more loose carts, adapters and a ZX spectrum tape... You may have figured out by now that I dont really care much for Nintendo... Behind the MVS carts, even more mvs carts, lots of loose NES, SMS, Megadrive carts along with some ZX spectrum tapes. Also try to spot a Timex computer in the middle of the junk on the right. A random drawer with random games and crap... My Furfighters promo Front with sticker with contact info More Transformers, some Sonic Adventures figures, Guilty Gear UFO catcher toy, my BB gun Some comics, manga on the front, US comics on the back. Saint Seiya figures and lots of console boxes on top of my closet Its late, I'll post the rest tomorrow. Enjoy!
Stunning collection, thanks for sharing m8! ...Looks like Portugal is the place to be for game collecting
very nice collection. is that 2 sealed copies of shenmue 2 pal version i see?? i only hav 1 sealed shenmue 2 pa sealedl but i guess having shenmue 2 jap wiht vitrual fighter 4 sealed makes up for it
Heh no, they're not sealed, I carefully opened them with a sharp cutter so that I could still keep them in the plastic to avoid damaging those cardboard outerboxes. Shenmue is too good to be left sealed and gathering dust on collectors shelves, this game deserves to be played! I like to collect but I'm a gamer first. More pics coming in an hour or two
You've got some really nice stuff there. Probably one of the better PAL games collections I've seen in a long time. I just hope your shelf doesn't give way Yakumo
part 2 Here are more pics as promised, this time the shelves where I keep most of my consoles all hooked up and as ready to play as possible. I cant remember now how this type of shelves/furniture is called, but it's basically 2 units, one bolted on top of each other to fit exactly from floor to ceiling, so on the top 2 shelves I can only reach the stuff with a ladder. Because of that the consoles are 2 shelves down. Anyway on the top one are those plastic crates filled with loose G1 Transformers, funky bootleg transformers, Power Rangers, zords and other mecha and sentai figures. Below this one are more games that didnt fit anywhere else. GG and GBA, some promo VHS tapes, NGPC, more Gameboy stuff, PAR's, etc. Oh and that thing on the right with wires coming down is my Sega Sonic authorized resaler neon sign! :-D Forgot to take a picture of it though... The first two system shelves, Amiga CD 32 and Atari Jaguar. Below from left to righ Model 1 JPN Saturn, Model 2 PAL Saturn, Model 1 Pal Saturn. The poster on the left is from one of my favorite games on the PSX, Soul Edge(Soul Blade), and on the right is a Sonic The Hedgehog Tiger wristwatch LCD game. Sorry, this pic came out a bit blurry Master System 2, Master System 3 Compact (tectoy) and a Megadrive2 modded to 60hzNTSC. Below a cool little famiclone unit I found called Megason3 with side slots for the pads! On the right a f* ugly yellowd and lid-less SNES, but it works!! On the other hand I also have a completly mint dead SNES (not pictured here) Below a NES and a Pokémon N64. And on the bottom shelf side-by-side green N64 and green Xbox LE. A better pic of the 2 green beauties! A full pic of my shelves, came out a bit dark, sorry... I'll post more pictures as soon as I get more webspace!
Pretty HUGE collection guy! I love the SNES clone like a PS-ONE with the controllers on board. Also the R-Zone in the drawer....I have a load of those all different and sealed. The head mounted ones and the handheld ones!
really nice collection!, however what kind of versions are the sealed dc games with the yellow underneath (pal) (red dog, speed devils, space channel 5 etc)
Nice collection. Can you say me something about sealed Dreamcast PAL games with yellow near tittle? Speed Devils, Space Channel 5 etc. Are they some special editions?
I think it's written Gamer Sempre(Always a Gamer) or something like that. Impressive collection you have. Aproveite bastante
I wish.... Thanks, the shelf is fine, it bent a little from excessive weight but I reorganized it and its fine now, but the poor shelf will never be the same again :-D I got 3 more on my wall, when I get more webspace I'll post more pictures. I also have a head mounted one but you can barely see it in the pics. Its on the last pic above the Saturn Memory card box and Dual Shock box. About all the questions regarding those DC games with the yellow corner. They say 'Ganhe Sempre' (Win allways), they were a promotion on some DC games, its just regular games with that carboard sleeve, you were supposed to cut the sleeve, on the inside part was a small form you could put in the mail to get a free AM/FM radio. As soon as I get more webspace I can post pictures of the sleeves if anybody's interested. Thanks to everyone's cool reply, I am glad you all enjoyed my pictures, I have more stuff I would love to show that is not pictured here. I also have some retro computers (Amiga, Atari, Spectrum, Timex, etc), lots of computers, more junk-filled drawers, more consoles that I dont have room to display, my ugly ghetto supergun, etc And, believe it or not, I DO have a bed in the middle of all this stuff :smt082
new account I had to move the pictures to a different server, they're out of the original order sorry... but I added 1 or 2 new ones I had at the photoalbum also had to create a new account, old one got deleted :noooo:
