    Hi everyone !
I'm not much in obscure collecting, I'm mostly a neo geo aes collector

I want to ask a question about my now complete (just missing one promo game) Famicom Mini collection, since now I'm trying to improve it (some cases are dog eared, and some games not much mint)

The copy I own of dr mario has something strange, it's missing nintendo club card and the instruction booklet is different from the other ones, it's in color and glossy paper, anybody knows why?

one more question, the little cardboard square is included only with the games having just one-page instruction booklet or in everyone?

Famicom mini experts, I'm waiting for your knowledge !

Are the games the same as if you purchased the suit-case with all games included? Or does the suit-case contain limited edition packaging?

the suit cames came after you owned all the set and registered to nintendo club each game, then the display was sent to you for free, so no special packaging regarding the suit cases

Im pretty sure my dr mario is like yours with the glossy paper but i cant check right now as i wont be home till tomorrow.

As for your missing club nintendo points it looks like someone nicked them as every famicom mini game was meant to have them. That happened to me when i got one famicom mini game from play asia. When i emailed them to complain they checked all their copies & all the codes were missing. Looks like their suppliers nicked all the codes out of them to probably sell on yahoo auctions.

Well got chance to check mine today & yes the dr mario manual is indeed on glossy paper.

As for the squares of card, they should only be in the boxes for series 1 & 2 as they weren't needed for series 3 as the manuals are pretty thick to start with. They were used so the tiny famicom boxes stick out far enough. They should be touching the plastic of the outer box. If you have any where they are sunk in & theres a big gap then it might be one that needed the card.

    /anal mode LOL
