Not sure which bit this is meant to go in so Mods feel free to move as you see fit. Been looking into ways of recording everything in my collection, I came across a programme called Collectorz. Just wondering if anyone of here had used it. It seems quite nifty as it has a bar code scanning function which could save me time. Also wondering it is more geared to the American market rather then European? The only other option is typing in everything into my own database which I really cant be bothered lol. Link to the programme ---> http://www.collectorz.com/game/
The Collectorz-program is quite good after what I've heard, but for me, I don't like programs like that. I got an excel table and thats it ^^
I'm using this program, nice ! you can add a game in your collection in seconds with internet databases, add any of your comments, ratings, pictures, front/back cover and more! but MS Excel does the job well too !
Well i gone for it guna give it a blast with my games i got here in France. The reason I don't want to create my own is I got a good 3000 games in 3 places and I really have not got the time type in everything.
OH I use that program RELIGIOUSLY lol. I used to pay for it but then they screwed up my bill and I got charged 3 times so I just stopped lol. I couldnt really do anything because they arent in the US so I just had to take it and fight with my bank -_- I still use my "special" version lol. I completly hacked it out. I have custom icons and all kinds of mods I did to it to make it better. Some of the stock Icons are really bad and are just beggin to be changed. If you need any help modding things on it let me know and I will be glad to help you. All you need is a resource editer and a good hex editer.
I'm using my Psion 3a's spreadsheet program... with foresight might not have been the cleverest thing as I can't get them off the damn thing...
Heh, never actually thought of keeping list of my stuff.. thought my collection isn't as large as some of yours.. but maybe it's a good idea to do, so I know what I actually own
