Colors of Modern Rock for Sega CD

Just picked this up for three bucks at a local place. Perfect condition. What's the value on it?

Right, well I figured since it's an obscure game I'd ask here, but perhaps not obscure enough.

I think Ryan missed that it's actually a game, I've never heard of it before either.

Well I think I remember it being an R8 or 9. Released for Sega CD, one of the hardest to find for the system. Saw it on ebay for quite a bit once, but only once.

I've seen it on ebay, in lot auctions that include other sega games, etc.

Does it have music videos or is it interactive?

I think its obscure, but not rare as in its worth more than $5 by itself.
