I might be going (for the first time) with my friends. I hope I don't get photographed. :-D I'm going just to check out the doujin games and shy far, far away from the "dripping wet" genre of manga that'll be there in cascades.
I am going with Girlfriend in tow on the 30th. Likewise I am going to pick up some games and safe stuff. My GF just wants to see what it is like - she is not a BL fanatic!

I really want that MuchiMuchi Cd/DVD set as well... And a bunch more besides. If my GF cancels on me I will at HEY like a shot. I don't think she is really going to enjoy going, as she almost fainted the one and only time I took her to Akiba. BTW Got a 1cc first proper play of Mushi Black Label. Turns out that original mode hasn't been tuned up enough. Actually I think they have made it a bit easier, the new slowdown makes original too easy. Still scoring on Orginal is a lot more fun this time.
The black labels are usually easier... although it's hard to imagine anything easier than 1.5 Original. I've only put in a couple of credits on Original and Maniac... original I kind of sucked at as I've never played it. Maniac was a bit bleh. I've got up to the 4th boss on God Mode... after about 100 freakin' credits. Fun shit. I've been doing all Rank 3's on Death Smiles. Went to the Canyon: instant ass-handing.
Already bought the catalogue so I know where I am going to go and be disappointed. So when, where would be a good place to meet / freeze?
Depends on what type of boozing I do on the weekend. My wife is scheduled to leave town tomorrow, but she's feeling bad. Worst case scenario she goes home, and I barely get to squeeze in the Cave Festival on teh weekend. This could suck. Will you be there on the 29th? I took a gander... I don't really recognize anyone from the roster. The two I'd be looking for are Kotani Tomoyuki & HACCAN (the guys that did the last few Cave games).
I plan to be there all three days, the first and third days are the most important as some circles I want to see are there. I've seen telelphone directories smaller then the comiket catalogue, over 1350 pages... and I'm still working through it. >_<
