A seriously talented friend of mine has got around to finally giving me a link to some of his home produced music. He's a seriously good producer and has been helping a number of bands out, but this is actually (shame of it) the first time I've heard his material. He can count Nerina Pallot as one of his fans, which has got to be an accolade. Just wondering what other people make of it. Knowing him, I see a lot of him behind the lyrics. Trust me, this is heart felt stuff. http://www.myspace.com/timcmusic
Hey Pikkon mate, I am just finding out something I never really knew about him ffs! I've known him a few months and met him through our court fights to see our kids. He and I have spent the last few months talking family law and not music. Only recently did we start speaking about other stuff. Personally I am gob smacked, it is exceptionally well produced, professional stuff. His voice is like a f**king bell! I like the subtle touches, such as the brass gently bringing up the guitar on "I miss you". Nice f**king work! I'll try and find out more about his production as I know he was recently working with a German female artist. Would like to hear it, but you know what it's like with copyright etc. Probably not wise to ask right now.
Cheers mate, but its nice to hear some new good music that I like.Your friend is really talented and will go places.
Parris, his music is smashing great It reminds me abit of Star Salzman/Starblast http://www.starblast.org/ And some Kent too, Kent is a Swedish alternative/Indie rock band. As I said, it is great
