Composite and audio mod on PAL NES "Toaster" - how to guide

Have any one tried the composite mod for the nes? (Nintoaster) Do you get better composite picture?

 

You'd think, however it doesn't work on composite without it.

The early RF box gives better picture than the later ones! Here is some great pictures of the insides of the RF boxes.

I don't think mine looked like those, maybe that's pic 3 (European version, as i'm PAL):
