Computer in a box! $10

Hey all,

I have about ~50 or so Socket 7 motherboards and accessories to make a complete system. These will include:

- 1x Motherboard
- 1x Socket 7 processor (Intel or Cyrix, 150 to 350 mhz)
- 1x CPU fan
- 184-378MB RAM (Dependent on RAM interface and available slots)
- 1x 2-2.5 GB IDE hard drive
- 1x 8-48x IDE CDROM drive
- 1x PCI video card (almost all have 4MB VRAM)
- Cables, etc...

This should give you a complete machine for $10 (Plus $4 Shipping). All machines were last known working. They have been sitting on the shelf for years, so rather than guarentee these parts, I am selling them for close to nothing.

I have cases/power supplies, and am willing to give them away with a purchase, but please realize that this will increase the cost of shipping substantially.

if you need a cheap PC, go to a 'Wertstoffhof' in your Town and have a look at the electronic trash. I got 3 Amigas (2x A500 & 1 A1200) in working condition from there and many other interesting things (usb pci cards, coolers, cpu's etc). It should not be a problem to find an old pentium computer. :typin:

 

never heard of anything like that around here...i just know something where you can bring your old electronic garbage, but they're throwing all of it in big containers, so no chance of getting something

liquitt: Postage to germany is initially $19.25, and an additional $6 for each additional kit you may want.

 

If shipping to Uk is similar I'll take 1, maybe 2. They all AT mobos, no ATX?

SOme of these ARE ATX. I am not sure of the count though. If you specifically want an ATX model, that will be fine.

 

what? your selling of all those sweet computers. you should just set them all up in to some giant server park ^^
