Console Modders based in Japan

Hi Assembler peeps,
I've been collecting Nintendo consoles for a year now and would like to find a console modder to help me do some soldiering.
Video game perfection sent me here and I tried searching the archives of this forum.

Does anyone know any reputable console modders based in Tokyo, Kanagawa or Kanto region?
English speaking preferable but not mandatory.

If not...
Does anyone know any reputable soldiering iron dudes willing to teach me based in the same areas?

I too would like to know this! What about just getting some dude in a shop to do stuff like this, have you ever looked in that?
