    Hi Guys,

So I've taken my controller apart (Duke Controller) to fix it, basically the cable was torn near the base so I decided to cut the damaged area out and re-solder the wires to the wires inside the controller. It was all going well until I found out that the controller wire has one black wire inside it and the controller itself has two black wires attached to the PCB (one thin and one thick). Does anyone know why there are two black wires attached to the PCB and only one inside the actual cable and what do I do with the spare wire? :-/

Apparently it isn't important anyway because I soldered the wires I did have but left out the thick black one and it all works fine :). Still though, if anyone knows what it is or if I did need it for anything, please let me know!
