Converting a JAP Sega Saturn Model 1 PSU 110V => 220V?

I don't have a hell of a lot in the way of unique knowledge, but I'll check out the wiki, and if I notice something missing, I'll chuck it in (provided I'm actually 100% sure about it, of course). But yes, as to my point, Wikipedia isn't checked for accuracy (in fact, some pages can be downright hilarious if you find ones that no one ever cared to fact-check).
