Correct EURO scart cable for the JAPAN Saturn?

Hey as you've probably heard... My HDMI scaler thinks this Saturn's SCART is composite rather than RGB. Due to using a cable intended for Europe systems on a Japanese one. (white model 2 if it matters)

Is there a readily purchasable correct cable, could someone modify mine, or do I have to send in the whole system to get its AV pinout changed to match PAL units? Looking on ebay there's oddly few Saturn SCART cables around these days.

Darn. Have to be sure I remember this whenever I send the console for region mod. It's only CR-R chipped, no hz switch or anything.
