Courteous Introduction Been lurking and thought I should join since the urge to post has been humongous, better say 'Ello' before I start randomly posting :tongue: Don't expect a life story from me but I will say that I think I've turned into a 'retro gaming fart', the current and next gen games just don't do it for me anymore, I like playing the old games so I'm looking back for the stuff I missed or just couldn't play in my younger days. Hey, welcome ! This also happened to me years ago I'm from the Playstation (PS1) generation and I can say that I prefer buying 3 or 4 interesting PS1 games for the price of a PS3 game ! No update, nothing to download, you really have something that you payed for that you'll be able to use in some years ! I still wonder when they'll stop the Resident Evil or Silent Hill series, but maybe they don't plan to make something really new someday... Which system is your favorite ?
I grew up with the Mega drive and Snes as a child but I've always been a PlayStation girl! Currently replaying Tomba :smile-new: I missed out on a lot of Awesome PC games and I'm more of a PC gamer these day's (Grimm Fandango winging it's way to me) but I am considering getting the old consoles. I'm sick of bleedin sequels.... Company's just seem to be churning them out, it's all watered down crap of what used to be some great games, dumbed down but pretty IMO and I don't want to know anymore, it takes more than looks.
