I found a video on youtube that shows another user with my same issue , if this helps:

Basically, the right joystick tends to creep along to the left as it's not centering properly. Mine isn't nearly as bad as his. You can barely tell visually that it's not centered. I believe it's from pressing the joystick in while it's not centered (some games this is to boost). It's fine after some time, but if you do that move, it acts up for a long time afterwords. Someone said in those comments it's something to do with some plastic ball in a metal box that's built poorly. There's always one game in particular that I notice this in, and this was with the original Xbox as well... and that's Star Wars Battlefront II. The camera ALWAYS creeps.

So I guess they've used the same tech since the S controller of the original Xbox. My question now is, how do I perminately get rid of this issue? No one seems to know. It's SO annoying in a FPS and it's all you think about as you have to correct it every 10 seconds.

And no, the controller is not old. In fact, it's only about a month old and I'm VERY ginger with my things. It's also a C-3PO controller, so I'm quite hesitant in modifying this in a way that will be noticeable from the outside.

    Any help?
