The SD slot on my Super Everdrive seems to have developed a fault as the card does not seem to go in to it far enough anymore. As a result I cannot get the ED to read my SD card, it doesn't give an error it just does not display any files or folders. I have tried the card in my PC and it works fine and I even reformatted too and it still didn't work, then I tried a micro SD card in an adapter and that would not work either. It was at this point I looked closer at the slot and noticed that it didn't look right. I bought it directly from the retrogate store maybe 1 or 2 years ago and was wondering how I would go about getting it fixed? Here is a picture of the slot I think has developed the fault, this is as far as the SD card will go into it, the ED works perfectly fine still, as the rom in it's memory loads and play fine every time I try it. Help please!

Did you look inside the SD socket? Maybe some debris fell in there. Or maybe you bent something. It may be hard but you could maybe take a picture looking in.

Either way, replacing the SD socket shouldn't be a huge deal. Anyone with good soldering/desoldering experience and equipment could install a new SD socket if they had the right replacement part.
