I am in need of a decent data recovery program to search out and recover a lost palm memo database on a memory stick. I have no clue what happened to the data in question but I have written nothing to the memory since I realized it was missing. I recall using a few free and simple programs to recover data from a corrupt sd card, but I have misplaced those and can`t for the life of me remember where I got them. Thanks for any help you can offer. -ServiceGames-
I found this one today - Recuva, made by the creators of CCleaner: http://www.recuva.com/ No idea if it's any good, but their other products are. Here's hoping!
Try a program called GetDataBack for ntfs or GetDataBack for fat32 depending on the file system used, used it on my fathers PC and it worked very well recovering a good amount of files and data.
I myself have have used Recover4All... I got all my data back from a accidently quick-formatted HDD. Warning : For some reason it is ultr@ slow on XP... works fastest on 98SE. I need to try other things....
Can anyone recommend something similar for Mac? I just deleted a save file on my PSP memory stick, of course it's not as important as the files the OP lost but I could do with it back, 22 hours of gameplay down the drain.
