Datel Rage

I'm using my AR Max for the PS2 right now.


What a piece of shit. Plain and simple doesn't work, I've just moved the latest codelist onto my memory card, and it just won't load the new codes when I boot it. Why? No reason at all, really. It just doesn't feel like it today. It's done it a million times before succesfully, it also won't read my other memory card, which, I'll have you know is a 16 megabyte DATEL MEMORY CARD!

Seriously, what is it with the idiots at this company? Can they not do anything right? Not even make their own products compatible with eachother?

Now I know some of you guys have had problems with stuff from Datel, so please, rage away right here.

use the USB Dongle that came with it that's what it's for

 

So now I'm shit out of luck with only the codes that came on the disc.

What is this fuckery?

 

I know what it's for, man. Like I say, I've done this plenty of times.

 

Can't you manually put codes in there like you could with a Gameshark?

 

Install FMCB and use a cracked Codebreaker ELF instead or failing that use PS2rd no more messing about needing to encrypt all your codes, only advantage AR MAX is being able to group codes.

I could, but I need to update en masse, because I haven't updated in quite a while, but today it seems to be making it extremely difficult.

 

Well you can use Codebreaker Day1 files if you have a FAT ps2.

 

Yeah, I think it may be time.

Ever since day one with this cheat system I've had to duck and dive around its numerous glitches, not to mention the terrible memory manager, the amount of times it's corrupted my memory cards for me.

 

Doesn't matter now anyway I've destroyed it.

My blood pressure will thank me.
