I had this Disc for several years, I don't remember where I got it.
Does anyone know if it's rare, beta, alpha, promo.
I have tried playing on both of my DCs, but it loads the first SEGA screen and then boots me back to the main DC menu
Any info would be greatly appreciated

Dual sided? Clearly it has a reflective layer but it appears to be in the middle of the plastic.

Have you tried using a Boot Disc to boot the game? I understand it's a GD-ROM but it might boot past the SEGA logo.

Happens on my dreamcast with retail games when it can't read the disc (only happens on two out of 50 games)... probably weak laser or badly pressed discs...

This disc is an US equivalent of the EU "whitelabel". 99% of the time these discs are 100% identical to the final product, minus the disc label. Usually such an disc got handed out to the press for review.

If the discs doesnt boot it's probally dirty/damaged and/or your DC laser is worn out. If you have a BBA it's worth trying to dump w/ HTTDACK, or at least run it.. so you can see the version no. of the game.
