Here are the GD Workshop project files for dcload-serial (running Dreamcast homebrew on the HKT-0120 Development Box via serial method). This project was created using the Katana SDK - Release 10.1.

You can find the tutorial here:
    http://segakatana.com/projects.php?id=dcload.

The drive letter on the devbox internal HD was set to 'D:\' while creating the project. You'll also need a standard serial cable connected from the HKT-0120 Development Box to your computer.

More Info: This method was used to dump the HKT-0120 BIOS & FLASH files, and could also be used to "rip" GD-ROM/GD-R discs on the development box, similar to the Coders Cable method on a retail Dreamcast.

    You can download it HERE.

Steps on ripping GD-ROM/GD-R data can be found in THIS POST.

Steps for ripping GD-ROM/GD-R data with the HKT-0120 via serial

    Items you'll need:

HKT-0120 (Set 5.24) Sega Dreamcast Development Box
A 50-pin SCSI cable connecting the HKT-0120 to your PC + (2) 50-pin SCSI terminators
    An RS-232 DB-9 Serial Cable
The Katana SDK - Release 10.1

Note: The dumping process could take several hours, just like on a retail Dreamcast, since data is being transfered via serial.

    =============================================
Skip Steps 5-19 and open the DCLOAD.cpj file
from the RAR Archive in the first post of this thread

    =============================================

    Step 1:

Connect an RS-232 DB-9 serial cable from the Sega Dreamcast development box to the PC.

    Step 2:
Power on the development box. Make sure it is powered before you power the PC.

    Step 3:
Download the latest dc-tool GUI and extract it to a directory on your PC:
    http://dchelp.dcemulation.org/?dc-tool_GUI

    Step 4:
Download DreamRip v2.01 and extract it to the "tools" folder in dc-tool's main folder:
    http://www.megagames.com/dc/files/dreamrip201.zip

    Step 19:
Once all of that is done, save the project and close the emulation door (Emulator->Close the door F9). Do not close GDWorkshop.

    Step 20:
On the Sega Dreamcast menu, select "Play" and it load the DC-Load project files.

    Step 21:
Once the application has loaded, go back to GDWorkshop and switch it to GD-ROM mode (Emulator->Switch to GD-ROM).

    Step 24:
Insert the GD-ROM/GD-R you wish to dump.

    Step 23:
Now, open "dctoolgui.exe" in the directory that it was extracted.

    Step 24:
Make sure the config is set to "DC-Tool Serial" & "Upload and Execute."

    Step 25:
Click "Browse" and select "dreamrip.bin" in the "tools" folder.

    Step 26:
Click the "Upload and Execute" button and viola! An MS-DOS box of "dc-tool-serial.exe" should open it open, dumping your GD-ROM!
