I recently discovered DDR SuperNova (Jap version) has a progressive scan option. Once enabled it will not save the setting so you have to enable it by holding cross+triangle each time you boot the game. How is this supposed to work when you have two dance platforms connected? My dance platforms only have cross and circle panels. Ofcourse I tried other combinations like the obvious cross+up combination but that doesn't work. For now I need to disconnect one platform to enable progressive scan every time which gets old real quick. Would appreciate knows how to enable progressive scan using the dance controllers.
The UP+LEFT and DOWN+LEFT corners of the dance pad would be X and Triangle respectively. It all depends on if your dance pad actually has sensors placed in those positions (well Triangle would be the one in question). The majority of dance pads out there do have the DOWN+LEFT corner active, just buy one. ~Krelian
