Dead Dreamcast laser

My Dreamcast laser just died on me today. Was wondering if theres a site that sells replacement lasers?

 

It can be tricky to find a replacement that works, it is hit and miss (mostly miss)

However it only works with the Samsung Drive and not the Yamaha.

If it's not too late, just recently had the same issue and managed to find plenty of SPU3200 lens online, bought five at Aliexpress and there are some on eBay.

As far as I know, there are two lens, the R48/R48G (mostly REV0) and the SPU3200 (REV1), you can replace the R48 with the SPU3200 but not the other way around. I think the Yamaha drive is the R48 but I've read it does accept a SPU3200, not sure if you'd need to do POT adjustments though.
