I recently lost the power cable for my DTL-H1100 unit during a move - it requires an external power adapter (down to 12v DC i think).

Can anyone suggest a suitable replacement power adapter, and where to find one?

    Thanks in advance.

Any universal PSU capable of operating at 12VDC@1.5A (sustained) should work. The problem is the plug, not the PSU; at least I haven't seen a universal PSU that came with the right plug yet.

I use a Profitec SPS12402 (12-14VDC@4A max) for my debugging stations (http://www.reichelt.de/?;ACTION=3;LA=4;GROUP=D43;GROUPID=592;ARTICLE=42358;START=0;SORT=artnr;OFFSET=16), with a self-made cable having this type of plug: http://www.reichelt.de/?;ACTION=3;LA=4;GROUP=C195;GROUPID=3258;ARTICLE=42242;START=0;SORT=artnr;OFFSET=16. Works well; just make sure the voltage and polarity are correct (as written on the back of the unit, just above the DC connector) and your PSU can provide at least 1.5A.

Cheers for the help guys, i think i can lay my hands on the adaptor/plugs needed - thanks for the PSU voltage/amp details!

@ASSEMbler - i'm still hoping that i'll find another matching official cable at some point, and i don't think i'd ever forgive myself if i messed up and broke the unit while swapping out the boards :(
