Debug RC4 Key

Hey

Im gonna start looking into developing on my xbox but the guide im using to get the debug bios running is telling me i need a Debug RC4 Key, unfortunately i have no idea what it is or where to find one so if anyone could give me any help it would be greatly appreciated.
