Decent laser assemblies for PlayStation (PS1)

Hi everyone,
I need to buy a couple of new laser units, one for a DTL-H1202 (green debugging station) and a DTL-H3002 (European Yaroze). I've looked on EBay and had a look for some but all of the units are dodgy models from China.

Does anyone know where I can buy some decent quality PS1 laser units from, or are the eBay models my only option? If they are, are they any good?
