It is released, check the sce devnet, if you have proper credentials you should be able to get it. If not ask your account manager.
mathieulh's answer: priceless enjoying the sheer dissapointment in Brilliant2meNu's face while he's reading maths' answer: even more priceless ! Math...you are a true bad ass
Fair enough, given that approximately 99.999% of owners of devkits registered at this site have a valid license agreement and access to devnet. And I'm sure as Sony is going el-cheapo on consoles, they'll also cut costs of supporting development by shutting down sce.dev.*, therefore also moving all discussions on where to find firmware updates to AG's dev section. Priceless.
Yah I am a bit harsh xD People have to understand though that sharing these software when they are subject to licencing especially on a public board is not legal and can lead assembler or whatever other place you post into trouble because of this. People that somehow acquire the hardware should be able to find ways to get the software for themselves, how they do it is their problem so long as they don't involve other people in it. It is also kinda obvious that such a hardware has very limited uses when you don't have the appropriate software for it, this should be taken into consideration prior the purchase/acquisition of the said hardware. There is no pun intended in my answer but I still just felt that the question was somewhat inappropriate on the forum especially for a current gen console. Of course correct me if I am wrong with all this, you can feel free to have your own opinions about it.
Thanks man, I take no offence, Actually, I'm in charge of this unit, but I had no idea I had to actually go to devnet itself, BIG THANKS!
One would rather say "seeking help with 3.4 firmware, please pm me if you can help" and keep it all private.
