Can i plug it on 240V ( Europe ) without transformator ( is multisystem )?
Can i play debug games ( like on test? )
How can i create screenshoots and video? ( i also have got XBOX360 Test/Demo/Development Kits is any idea create screen and video using leaked SDK ? - i haven't got access to PS3 SDK! Legally )

So what can i do with NP?

Can i connect to PSN ( SEN ) with DECR-1000A?or only NP?

Any diffience between DECR-1000A and DECR-1400A/ WITCH ONE IS BETTER?

    - TEST (DEX/Debug) and TOOL updates are different
    - power should work
    - debug games work
    - screenshots can be made using ProDG Tools

DECR1400 is the later model, it looks like a FAT, the 1000a looks like a 19" server brick. Both have 64 MB RAM. The 1400 has no second HDD for bdemu, you need to use a external.

No special controller is needed but you can get a 1010, which has a glowing PS logo and is updateable.

What you mean by "only NP"? NP = retail, SP-INT = one of the developer networks. But you can't access the dev ones, not with a TOOL, not with a TEST either. They are firewalled these days.

BUT, there is hardly a benefit of a TOOL vs. a TEST. The advantages are either the collector value or you actually have a very good idea why you need a PS3 with 64 MB ram. If you want to do just some screenshots, TEST is absolutly enough, even for 90% of homebrew development. It can do basicly the same as a TOOL, just the additional RAM is missing. It does no magic at all.

Tool updates have leaked before, however less attention is brought to them because very few people have use for them. PM me for details.
