Hi: I have a Sony PlayStation 3 Reference Tool DECR-1000A (320.001). I bought it off ebay on 12/03/16 and I received it 12/05/16 (fast shipping). I powered the system on from behind, the status light blinks green then settles (power light red). I got the XMB up once, I do not know how. I changed the Boot Mode to Dev Mode (Debugging setting). Then I reset it and I received a black screen. I also system Int, and Network Int. How do I get my XMB back? I had a guess I need to select HHD (Dev)/HHD. I was told to try pressing reset twice, then hold down the power button until I hear 2 beeps (did not work). I cant find the IP in web browser for debugging network (setup), Dev Lan connected to laptop. If may you please help me set it up? Thanks

    This is all I see

Press and hold the power button until you hear a second beep, then go to debug settings and change it back to system software mode (should be on debugging.)
That or press the reset button for 1 beep to be in system software mode.

Alternatively (better) install Target Manager, connect to the system there and reset to system software mode there. Use a LAN cable and it will be super easy.

Also I would not post the system's MAC Address

You can also configure the boot mode via the Administration Tool, accessible via web browser via the CP's IP, i.e. 192.168.0.2 in your case.
