Yeah....but it looks a bit more challenging than worms ^_^ Must be all teh grid lines...making it look all technical ^_^
Dont mean to be a post whore but there is one final thing I have to add to the conversation. Checked through my cancelled games folder and found the box art. Enjoy!
it looks like total trash, but then also like its really addictive.. .and somehow it reminds me of death tank zwei.
I remember seeing this in the Official Dreamcast Mag... Anyone know what dev house sega were using? I sware it was Sonic Team! )
Apparently Dee Dee Planet wasn't made be Sega at all. Not too sure what ever happened to it. Could have something to do with the death of Dreamcast. The game was listed for release in Japan for moths before suddenly disappearing. Yakumo
The game was made by a Japanese company called Dori Dock. The game was mass produced at the factory and ready to ship to retailers, Unfortunately they discovered a bug in the network code so all of the mass printed copies were destroyed and the 2nd print run was put on an indefinant hold
I've got a link to an interview on Shift 040 (en e-zine) with Ohashi who was Creative Director of Dee Dee Planet http://www.iacnet.ne.jp/~shift/040/ddp/index.html
