I have been using the "master list" over at neogeo.com as a baseline to try and complete my japanese aes collection. Just how accurate is this list, I keep seeing other sites with proto's listed?? Does anyone know of any other lists?

It is accurate. Protos are something else, not part of official released games. If you add converts of MVS games, well you can,but that's not official AES releases.

Well, then Master List is close.
King of Fighters 2000 did get an official release through NGF in the USA, and NGF also released Zupapa! with the permision of the developers, but not SNK. KOF 2000's insert and manual were printed by SNK and are SNK authentic, and everything about Zupapa is poorly done and homemade, including the data chips in the cart itself.
