Why would I buy a Vita TV and an accessory to make it portable when I can just go around to a game store and pick a Vita out of the dumpster in the alley? That's where they're going to free up space for 3DS games.
LOL, word! This accessory is absurd. Can't believe they did this, it's cool and everything, but, seriously? lol!
This assessory makes no sense to get whatsoever in my opinion, if i really wanted a portable vita.. I get an actual Vita lol
Yp. I heard you like playing PS Vita using the Vita TV so I made an accessory that connects the Vita TV to a small LCD so you can Vita TV as you Vita, while you Vita......
1 question, can this device allow games which mainly is touch based be played on the VITA TV? I recall that vita TV compatibility games is rather limited.
Way too overpriced. If it was $50 tops it would be a neat accessory for vita tv owners who want that tv and portable experience.
I like how it says Only one pre-order is acceptable per person. The project will be abandoned if the number of per-orders fail to reach a certain amount. Surely if you wanted to ship as many units as possible you'd not limit it to one per person.
The spectacular pointlessness of this device notwithstanding, am I the only one getting a WiiU Gamepad-ripoff vibe from this?
Nope, it's very similar in design, except the sticks and the shoulder buttons are placed differently. The positions of the home and power buttons are practically identical to the gamepad's.
Is it worth picking up a vita ? I sold mine about a month after launch. Has much changed since then ?
I love my Vitas (got a 1000 model and a 2000 model), but this is just ridiculous. I guess if you bought a Playstation TV, then decided you wanted it to be portable later on, this might be good, but it seems like the most niche product in an already niche market. And the Vita is already suffering, which is unfortunate, because the hardware is great, and it has a great library of games, especially if you love all those crazy Japanese games and bizarre JRPGs.
