I'm not sure if this is the right section to ask such a question, but I'm looking for a very specific piece of music from the mid-to-late-90s Danish demo scene that I used to have before a hard drive failure robbed me of several pieces I'd been collecting over the years (including some prototype footage that's not available elsewhere, though I'll resist heading too far off-topic by going into detail on those particular losses - besides, it's been a long time and my memory of a lot of the missing files isn't great). I seem to recall this specific song coming from a Scavenger promotional video, so it may have been composed by their main writer, Jesper Kyd. However, in the past he's confirmed that he was not involved with all of Scavenger's material so it's possible another musician was responsible for the track I'm trying to find. Either way, I seem to recall it being rather slow and techno-like, beginning with the phrase "my time is yours" in a robotic voice... or something very similar to this, at least! Hopefully a copy of this is still around, as I've always wanted to use it as background music to a tribute I produced to Scavenger and its development teams. Can anyone provide help or point me in the right direction?
Have you already checked scene.org and pouet.net? They have a lot of demoscene-related material, maybe you can find it there...
A quick search over at Pouet and a look on YouTube is all it took for me to find Scavenger's 32X tech demo video containing the song I was looking for... I guess that means the search can now be called off, but not before thanking you for pointing me in the right direction!
