Demon's Souls Unseen and Lore Project

Demon's Souls is one of those games that beside being masterpieces, have developed a very close group of fans and interested players over the years. Its way of telling the story, the memorable characters and places are things anyone that played enough for getting into the game will never forget.

So, since i got a HDMI in capable android box, i was able to do something no one ever tried before online; creating stitch-panoramas of the game's atmospheric surroundings.

It all started when a guy on reddit asked for some screen of the magic circles in the game for he wanted a tattoo or something like that.



So i did take the screens and started to look into the feasibility of panorama making;

the very first result gave me motivation to go on and show the beauty in this game as no player has ever seen it:



Also after that i started looking at those magic circles for they looked way too good for being random designs, and to my great surprise they do have a meaning and it's related to the game's story! (more info on the webpage).

So in any case, if you are a fan of the game, curious about it, have friends that may be interested direct them there.

In case you like VGs panoramas, or magic circles and complicated explanations take a look too, i think it'll be a very entertaining voyage that i'll try to update as often as i can!

Great project, the Souls series has beautiful scenaries and I'd like to see more.

I just want point out that the content generated by Wordpress is written in Spanish on your website, it is a bit weird when the articles are in English. You might want to take care of that.

 

I think wordpress changes the language based on the user?

 

Oh, it seems to be in English now.
I'm really confused because I can't read Spanish at all so I don't know why it was like that.

 

I'm seeing Italian. Don't speak it, nor am I/have ever been in Italy (unless you count the CS map). That WP installation is just being weird I guess.

 

I fixed it to english so i guess now it should be ok (i hope lol)... It's the very first time i use wordpress so i'm not sure of what i'm doing at times

 

Updated several times, i reached the milestone of over 1000 unique visitors and reached 50+ panoramas posted by now... Take a look
