Pondered a few things in the two.

    Features of GCNrd/PSO Exploit:

    -Homebrew apps.
    -Memory Editing/Viewing
-Able to run GCM dumps/DOL file dumps
(These are the only features I'm interested in.)

    Features of the GDEV:

-Developing and Testing in one convenient box.
    -Debugging.
-Able to run GCM dumps/DOL file dumps.
(As I said before, only the features I'm interested in. If the GDEV has a Memory Editor, then I'll go with that.)

Which one to choose? I'm considering the GCNrd/PSO one because it's cheaper, but has less features. If anyone could confirm of the Memory Editor for the GDEV, let me know (otherwise I could just write one. Harder, but more effective on the GDEV :p)

    Thanks in advance.

you could buy a retail and a viper gc extreme chip, then download extreme finder so you can edit the memory of the game atleast if creating your own cheats / bootcode for ar is what your interested in.
and instead of using the PSO BBA hack you could buy a SD media launcher from http://www.codejunkies.com/ it is cheaper and easier to use.
