I couldn't find previous mention to this, so... Looking at the Dreamcast port files, it appears that developers "forgot" a folder tagged WINCE full of utilities to convert from their own formats to SEGA format (like PVRCONV.EXE), debuggers, and god knows what. I don't have time to look at it myself alone, so here I'm sharing to collective research/enjoyment. Most seem to be commandline but some have really-old-but-functional GUI. It's probably his own cat ... On-topic: That's a nice find. Some utilities seem like they might be from the SDK (e.g. DACHECK) but I don't recognize all of them from memory. Muy interesante!
C'mon people, this is preposterous, let's be serious... we all already know that cats rule the world since ancient Egypt. They forced people to build pyramids and so on. On-topic again: Thank you, FamilyGuy for both the explanation and wiki-link. It would be neat if one of those utilities allow to get the game assets. I always have this thing with underlooked or directly disliked games with almost zero fan-base not to say community. I couldn't even find any info about the original NC engine, Im not sure if a propietary one or a id1-quake engine fork like many of titles back then. Appreciate any info. Muchas gracias!
These tools are actually just the <install-root>\tools folder for the WCE SDK, doesn't look like anything special. Still neat find, but these are by no means rare dev files judging from the screenshot
