YEAH I'm totally stealing this thread topic from Game Sack as this past week they did this very topic.

I don't even know where to begin, there are so many, Shovel Knight, Mega Man 9 and 10, Hard corps uprising, alot of the indie stuff on PS4 like Mercenary kings. After Burner Climax. The Treasure games on XBLA (will really come in handy now that my 360 is largely an offline console) That's just off the top of my head.

I will always buy a physical copy when i have the chance.

Some that i would like to have:

    - After Burner Climax + Daytona + Outrun Online Arcade - Never going to happen though.
    - Castle of Illusion,
    - Dead Nation,
    - Valiant Hearts: The Great War

Also wouldn't mind a Pac-Man collection with all games including Pac-Man CE DX. Thinking about it, a Galala compilation including all games till Galaga Legions would be awesome as well.

On the subject, i'm thinking on getting a Teslagrad physical copy (for PS3 or PS4) for the game art alone.

You might wanna pick up the Namco Museum Virtual Arcade, if you can track down a copy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Namco_Museum#Namco_Museum_Virtual_Arcade

It's got Pac-Man, Ms Pac-Man, a few other old arcade Pac-Games, and CE, as well as a bunch of Galaga titles, and about everything else.

Definitely the Perfect Dark remaster on Xbox Live.

More recently, I wish 360 had also gotten a physical release of the Resident Evil remaster, as well... but since it really isn't much different from the original Gamecube release, I'm fine just owning my old copy.

The only games I've ever downloaded are games I legitimately cannot buy physically, though... I don't think that'll ever change.

I wish that there was a physical release for the Forza games with all the DLC included. That would be the true complete experience.

Was going to say the same thing, but the PS4 version. Japan got a physical PS3 release. I'd settle for that. Also Grim Fandango Remastered and the FFXV demo.

Unfortunately it's only available for the 360.

I could list so many examples, but these are the biggest ones I'd like to see get a physical release:

    Daytona USA (PSN/XBLA)
    Sega Model 2 Collection (PSN/XBLA)
    Virtua Fighter 2 (PSN/XBLA)
Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown (PSN/XBLA)

Perfect Dark on the XBox 360. The best game ever (in my opinion) should be available in physical format on all (well, both, so far) of it's platforms.

I hate the way modern game discs often don't come with all of the games or add-ons on the disc. I was going to buy Far Cry The Wild Expedition collection even though I already have Far Cry 2 and 3, because I wanted FC1 and Far Cry Blood Dragon, but for some reason, FC1 and BD are not on the disc, you have to download them separately. So instead I just bought FC1 as download, as it was cheaper than the collection.

Oh, thankfully The BioShock Ultimate Rapture Edition collection has Minerva's Den on the disc (at least on the PS3, I don't know about the XBox 360 or PC), so Minerva's Den is available on physical format, which is great.

The Sega 3D Classics for the 3DS. Would love to play all those classic games on one affordable cart. But $7 a game isn't bad.

There is a physical release, but only in Japan. Thanks again for that region lock, Nintendo.

Blame the publisher, not the platform.

No, that's a Nintendo edict. Sony allowed publishers to region lock PS3 games, but the big N made all 3DS games and systems region locked.

That is pretty curious, considering BD got a stand-alone physical release. Maybe they didn't want to have to use two discs so they decided to save money and just give out download codes?
