Dispute Resolution

This is for all of you who have disputes between buyers and sellers in the forum. For transactions that were made on this forum!


This thread is soley for the use of the two parties involved in the dispute.


There will be no "ive dealt with him and hes perfect" posts from other members.
These will be deleted and you will be given a warning.

Anyone who posts here should have a clear dispute and should have given the
buyer or seller a reasonable time to of dealt with matter. This is not a place to start
revenge posts as these will be deleted.


This is not simply a bad feedback thread. It is a chance for those involved to
come a resolution to their problems. Buyers and sellers can to provide evidence
that they have done their best to resolve the dispute at hand.


Any personal comments or swearing or idle argument. It is solely for talking about
the dispute at hand.

Dispute/Comments:
I been told it would ship many times and have been very agreeable with seller even gotten emails of family issues and business issues but it has been over a month. All i want is the products i bought. I have sent the seller emails have only gotten 2 back in the past month. I believe he is a good guy but it he took the money same day it was transferred and still nothing shipped.

I have just returned from Hong Kong after a semi-long business trip, and you have every right to be EXTREMELY upset with what has occured in my absence. I will make no excuses as I "personally" laid this responsibility, on a now former "friend" of mine, as I left the country on business.



I assure you that your items (PC-FX, Battle Heat, Tengai Makyou Karakuri Kakutouden, Yuna FX (SEALED) and the extra FX-PAD) will be shipped out ASAP as I have just now come to understand the depth of the troubles that he has gotten me AND my reputation into.



Once again, I make NO excuses and take full responsibility for all these problems that have occurred, as of late.



I will have your item shipped ASAP, which, at the very latest, with my current work schedule, should be on FRIDAY August 5th, at 10pm Pacific Daylight Time in the USA. Upon completion of the mailing process, I will e-mail you a copy of the receipt and any other proof of transaction that I receive.



I personally, again, offer my deepest apologies for what has occurred over these last couple weeks. I have no one to blame but myself, for trusting another to complete a task that was technically, not to mention pseudo-contractually, 100% on MY shoulders.



I will e-mail you the mail receipt upon the shipment's completion on my side, and I thank you, Sir, for being even as patient as you have, up to this point, as I myself, would have probably hopped into my car and driven to the @$$#0!3$ place of residence and delivered some vigilante justice

Paid seller on 1/7. told would be posted on 4/7, with proof of postage emailed. Then told would be posted 5/8, again with proof emailed. Neither have happened. Immediately after he said it would be posted has stopped responding to emails

I sent my part of the trade on the 22nd March 2005, Ricky confirmed to me that he received the item that I sent about a week later from the send date.


Items:

Trade item from me to Ricky and vice versa.


Comments:

Over the last five months of waiting for my part of the deal to arrive Ricky would tell me that the label has fallen off and the item got returned etc...

...I gave him the benefit of the doubt 'cos I know sh1t happens, but then he stopped talking for no logical reason, thus my concerns.

I used to be able to talk with Ricky on a daily basis as he frequented my IRC room, but in the last couple of months he has not been around, except for browing on ASSEMbler it would seem!!!

He stopped responding to emails and PM's months ago.

...The last time I managed to speak to him he offered to send my item back, but I've seen nothing.

I know he got my part of the trade and I know I never got mine!


Desired outcome:

To receive either my item back, or better still the items that I was trading for.
