I'm looking to hire some people to contribute to the early phase of a game design that will be used as a "pitch". Looking for people with experience that are willing to work for lower than normal pay but pay none the less. Basically people that will work for lower pay now and then if it pans out will be paid with industry standards. It's clearly a gamble but if anyone would be down, hit me up and we'll discuss. My budget is about $10,000 CDN. (that's about $7,000 USD - I know we are poor here in Canada lol).
