The man is married, with children, and still hits on the chicks. Whether or not it was consenual, I won't trust either side, as one famous english Judge once said, "women are known to lie about such matters" as well as "When a woman says no, she might mean yes". Nevertheless, I can imagine Mrs. Itagaki won't be too happy, but she should have seen it comming with her husband's naughty fighting games ever since the Saturn

I should also add that Mr.Itagaki "jokingly" made a move on the sole female IGN presenter (the hot one) during a video interview a few weeks ago.

No, that would never happen. The guy wouldn't ask in the first place. Japanese are far better at minding their own fucking business than white people (one of the perks of living there).

They're very far behind on many things though. Smoking in public, institutionalized racism, and sexual harrasment are among them. You do hear of sexual harrassment cases, but they're pretty much limited to stuff like this (clear cut advances, groping, and whatnot). A women being taken a strip club to juice some clients up couldn't sue. A women who was told a dirty joke probably couldn't sue, whereas in the states, either of these women would be set for life, due to the fact that we've made the corporate world in the states a very stale, boring place. No wonder everyone goes home at 3PM.

On that note, I'm sure I could've sued a hotel I worked at in college, as about half the gay staff hit on me all the time. I don't believe in suing though, and they were pretty cool guys to be honest. I got high in the deep freeze w/ one of the chefs (who wasn't gay) anyway, so I didn't exactly want to leave.
