Does any Game and console instruction, archive exist?

Does any Game and console instruction, archive exist? I'd like to take a look at scans from jaguar's manuals, pippin's, 3dos and such. if any such webpage exist please throw me a link

There are a few, but they are each usually dedicated to only a few consoles and rarely have a large selection of manuals. Usually, you have to be very specific in the manual(s) you are looking for and hope someone made a PDF of it.
