I know Nintendo for example had a very strict "nothing thats even vaugely religious" policy through the NES and possibly SNES days for example. Does anyone have any information on the various content standards applied by the game companies over the years? (or better yet, copies of the standard rules for different consoles and developers etc?)
These links might help. http://www.filibustercartoons.com/Nintendo.php http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_Policies
nintendo recently let go it's strong stance on religion. As a result there are already a few religion games out for the gba market.
