Does anyone here know what the hell I am talking about?

I was thinking about this PS2 game I played when I was young but I don't remember it now.
I talked about it on this discord server but nobody there seemed to know so I am going to copy/paste the details here

(Im only looking for the title and maybe some footage of it if there is none)

there were 2 playable charactors a man and a woman
They both played the same levels but took different routs
the man went all the way throughout the building and left out glass doors I think
while the woman went through a set of several doors at the begininning
The man went to a second level which is similar to the first but the woman skips to the third level

it was on the ps2 and I remember it being a third person shooter
srry should have included that in the begining
I don't remember making it past the third level as a kid tho
the third level was there was these grate platforms with railings around them and I remember having to climb I think Steel Beams
(I know it was ps2 because I remember the graphics were too good to be on the ps1)
idk I was hunting for this game for years
If this help I remember there being a glitch where you can take the woman's route as the man
I don't remember there being driving in it
I think the man wore a tux
You were shooting other men in tuxes
The third level had no enemies as far as I remember
its not the matrix
The woman's level one exit is near the start of the man's level 1
like the begining
It was made before 2008 but after 2003 i think
(Judgeing when i played it)
also there was no minimap
maybe a suit acually
I only remember what the man looked like from behind
black shirt black pants black dress shoes
the woman I don't really know too much about
It had a realisic gritty artstyle
